Free Shipping Eligibility
Standard parcels under 5KG qualify for free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and EU countries. No extra shipping fees will be applied at checkout for eligible orders.
Shipping Fees for Heavier Parcels
For parcels exceeding 5KG, shipping fees are calculated based on actual weight. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process. We leverage competitive rates from EMS (https://www.ems.com.cn) and DHL (https://www.dhl.com) to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Processing & Tracking
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, a unique tracking number and dedicated tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can easily monitor your package’s journey until delivery.
